How should you take BioTechUSA Supernova drink powder?
Mix 3.4 g (2 measured scoops = 1 level tablespoon) of powder with 67 ml of water and drink it fifteen minutes before training! It is recommended to use a shaker! The recommended daily amount should not be exceeded!

Vermische 3,4 g (2 abgemessene Messlöffel = 1 gestrichener Esslöffel) Pulver mit 67 ml Wasser und trinke es fünfzehn Minuten vor dem Training! Es empfiehlt sich einen Shaker zu benutzen! Die empfohlene Tagesmenge sollte nicht überschritten werden!
