How to use BioTechUSA 100% Micronized Creatine Monohydrate?
Mix 1 portion (3.4 g = 1 level measuring spoon = 1 teaspoon) of product with 300 ml of any liquid. Consume 1 portion daily. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded!
