Recommended dosage
Mix 1 serving (3.4 g = 1/2 scoop) of 100% creatine monohydrate powder with 300 ml of water daily. On training days, consume one serving 30 minutes before training and on non-training days, consume one serving before meals. The recommended daily amount should not be exceeded.
